CASUAL VIRTUAL YOGA CLASSES ​

Yoga with heart is currently offering Virtual Yoga Classes live via Zoom as a  Casual booking or Monthly subscription.
For casual virtual yoga class options you can book as per times below:
Please note :  All classes run on Qld time.

Zoom Virtual Class Times are as Follows:
Monday            6.00pm   
 Gentle Mindful Vinyasa Flow, and Stretch (Onsite option)
Tuesdays          9.15am      Slow, Mindful Vinyasa Flow & Stretch (Onsite Option)
​​Thursdays        9.15am      Stretch, Strengthen Core & Restore (Onsite Option)

PLEASE NOTE:
We require minimum 2 hrs notice via sms to 0404 895 985 to join in any Virtual Yoga Class Option
Important Notice:  
 If you have not received your link 1hr prior to start of class please sms us as soon as possible. 
If it is your first time you will be asked to attend with your video & microphone turned 'on' so the teacher can connect with you. 
Failure to do so may result in you being removed from the meeting.
All classes are of 1 hr duration.

 Benefits of Virtual Yoga Classes:
  1. Commitment to join a class each week at a certain time

What do I need before starting my online virtual yoga class? 
  • Download the Zoom app (it is a free app)
  • Have a Yoga Mat   (And block if you have one)
  • Large Towel (which can used as a prop)
  • Scarf or eye pillow  
  • Bottled Water 
  • Please note: Preferably wait two hours “after eating” before participating in a Yoga Class

What type of clothing should I wear?

It is recommended that you should wear loose fitting or comfortable clothing.

​Cancellation Policy for Virtual Classes
​Due to the more lengthy process of delivering your virtual yoga classes we are not providing refunds on cancellations but you can transfer to another time providing 6 hrs notice  has been given prior to the start of the class booked.
