Option 2 : $65 Monthly  ($15pw)   


  • Notes:
  • This option allows you to attend 2 chosen Virtual yoga classes per week
  • If 1st time, you will be asked to have your video on so teacher can connect with you.
  • Classes are of 1 hr duration unless otherwise listed.
  • All classes run on Qld time and run via the Zoom App
  • There will be no classes on Public Holidays unless otherwise advised.                 ​

Not all yoga exercises are suitable for everyone. To reduce the risk of injury, please never force, strain, over stretch or exert yourself unnaturally. Most importantly follow your intuition, instincts, and innate sense for your safety. Yoga is not a quick fix but a way to enhance your capacity to be masterful in living your life with ease and grace.


These virtual or onsite classes are in no way intended as a substitute for any medical counselling and/or diagnosis rendered by your physician. If you have any medical condition relevant to your participation, you agree that you will consult with your physician that it is safe to join in our classes and provide a Dr Certificate confirming same via email. If you are pregnant, we recommend you find one of the many classes designed specifically for pregnant women as we shall not be offering modifications for pregnancy.


The creators, producers and facilitators of Yoga with heart, and online participants of this yoga program hereby disclaim any liability and/or loss in connection with the Yoga Classes demonstrated or the instructions and advice expressed within the online classes.


Recording of any of our virtual or live classes is prohibited.

  2. PAYPAL - use the "Subscribe" button to the right. 
    ​Here you will be directed to the PayPal site for payment. Note, you will be required to login to PayPal and make the payment and it will set up and automatic monthly payment.
  3. BANK TRANSFER
    Please notify us with your request and include your full name and email address to ensure you are set up correctly. We will send you the bank details in our follow-up. Remember if using this option you will require to make this an recurring monthly payment.​
